Face to Face: My Interview with Fat Trel

DC’s newest hip-hop star Fat Trel has had a wild life. Growing up in the go-go music driven Northeast neighborhood of Washington, D.C., Trel’s odds at becoming a successful rapper were slim. I spoke to the DC native about his love for his hometown, getting shot by his good friend, and how listeners are in for a treat with his upcoming project “Nightmare on E Street”.
